Please Read Prior to Submitting Your Company’s Renewal!

All Certificate of Commercial Practice (CoCP) licenses expired on December 31, 2024. There is no grace period.

All companies are required to be in compliance with the North Dakota Secretary of State. Ensure your company has an “Active” and “In-Good Standing” status at the time of renewal. This is an auditable item for which violators, including third party agents, may be assessed a civil penalty per North Dakota Century Code (NDCC) 43-19.1.
